Will be conducting a free workshop on Updating Your Harassment, Intimidation and Bullying Policy
This workshop will help you update your district’s Harassment, Intimidation and Bullying (H.I.B.) Policy, as per the amended provisions of N.J.S.A. 18A:37-14 and 15.1 adopted on August 6, 2007, and further revised in January 2008. The Rutgers Safe and Drug-Free Schools and Communities (SDFSC) Project encourages you to send a team of representatives from your district. Participants should bring a copy of their current policy to the workshop.
Past participants are welcome to attend if they would like additional assistance with their district’s H.I.B. Policy.
Registration is open to all school districts, public, non-public and charter, in New Jersey.

Coffee and continental breakfast will be available at registration and the mid-morning break.
Please note we will be video taping this workshop session for distribution to school districts that are unable to attend any of our live sessions. It will be very important that we begin on time. The taping of this session should not cause any disruption to the workshop.
Important Information
A parking permit will be required to park on the Rutgers Cook Campus. The permit will be emailed to you approximately one week prior to the event. Please be sure to print out the permit and bring it with you to the event and to display the permit on the dashboard of your vehicle.
